I am not really interested in this job offer, but why 2300 FIDE and some of these other criterion? Many successful chess writers have much lower ratings than this. I was the "Head Chess Writer" for another chess site (chess.com doesn't want advertising in public forums, but my chess.com profile shows which site) and a friend of mine was a long-time author for Chess Life magazine and other well-known chess publications. They were "only" rated about 2000-2100 USCF rating.

Good chess writing is just as much about writing ability as it is about move analysis. Don't forget that chess writers can use an engine when writing an article, so as long as the player can understand the computer moves recommended, they really don't need to be super high rated.

These are just some insights, but if you find a 2300+ FIDE rated player interested, then I'm happy for you, but I also feel that you are limiting your options by elements which aren't as important as others.

You are looking for candidates for a job but you don't  say much about what is going to drive this project--your own qualities as a leader and of others who will be involved.  ("You will be part of a team drawn from all over the world.")  Also, there is no mention of possible remuneration.

I assume you have some experience that qualifies you to lead this project.

Are you a titled player yourself?

Are you an editor?  Programmer?  Proof-reader?

Tell me what's wrong with these sentences:

What we offer:
1. You will Improve your expertise as the chess author in terms of Google

4. Desire to create something new, outside of the box, but just rewrite what is already done 🙌

Definitely a true statement.  I have been 2000 to 2180 (USCF) for the last 20 years myself, and I have written for multiple publications.  A local online Blog from 2017 to 2020, and for American Chess Magazine, which I believe 6 of my articles have been published thus far on the Advance French, a two parter on the King's Indian, the Closed Sicilian, Larsen's Opening, and the first half of 2 parts on the Carlsbad Structure / Exchange QGD.

Not that I am looking for another writing gig, but just pointing out there are those of us that do write that are below 2300.
