IMO just a few times I discused about that, because in the majority you KNOW what was wrong, if u made a mistake you cannot wait too much feedback about that.

When I was playing tournament chess I experienced that after the end of a game both the players discusses their plan & counter-plans, blunders & missed opportunities and learnt many things from each other. I dont know if the players in this site make any post-match discussion each other but it may be a very strong tool to improve chess skill. Because it is the opponent who knows most about your game - he can detect your missed opportunities - even you may discover he had a very good answer to your plan - that you think was a good one you missed.
Weaker players can learn from their stronger opponents - if they ask them how they could save the game or which move made their defeat quicker.
