my invented opening

chesschamp1020> i dont care what black does
Without an opponent, the game has no point, and all moves are equal. You have an opponent in chess, and ignoring them is a recipe for disaster.
chesschamp1020> is it good for white?
No, because of what Black does. As I demonstrated, he gobbles up your pawns.

As likesforests pointed out it matters what black does. But, to humor you, let's look at white's position with blinders on as far as what black has done so far. Also, we have to assume that black hasn't simply taken any of white's pieces as likesforests pointed out was actually quite likely.
My answer to "is it good for white?" is No, it's not good for white.
1) White has 4 unprocted pieces (2 pawns and 2 bishops). Unprocted pieces are one of the seeds of tactical destruction. They are easy targets for the enemy.
2) White will have long term issues with king safety. It's most often best to castle because they your king sits behind a safety wall of pawns. Anytime there are open diagonals and files near the king, that's dangerous. In white's setup, he can never castle to a safe position. Planning to keep your king behind a wall of center pawns will allow your opponent to control the center and attack the king from all sides.
3) Which brings us to the center. White neglects to occupy the center with pawns. This can be ok, if you are able to make a counter strike once your opponent occupies the center. But since the knights are blocking the c and f pawns, it will be too slow to set up a good counter strike if it's possible at all.
4) The development is not coordinated. Both fianchettoed bishops sit behind knights. As a result, white doesn't attack any square more than once which means he has no real control over any territory. It will be easy for the opponent to establish a valuable strong point.
I'm not a great chess player, but from what I've learned about the basics of chess, the orignal diagram in this topic is not a good setup for white to aim for. Sorry.

In post #31, White's 6.Nd5 hangs the e-pawn and after 6...Nxe4 he's losing. But otherwise, these are much better tries than your first opening... you should be able to get away with playing them for some time.
