Well,I'd rather play the Smith Morra gambit because you at least get some pieces developed. Here you not only lose an important pawn but you're behind in development.
The opening will focus on 1.e4 e5 2.c3. This has been played before but it needs more analysis. It will not be an "invinted opining". It will be spelled correctly. There is a gambit variation.
