I think the Archer's Attack is a little unintuitive for white, as white really has no reason to develop the knight to h3; it is less active as opposed to developing it to f3, and it may become a liability for white if black decides to create a battery with his light squared bishop and queen maybe with Be6, Qd7.
As for the Archer's Defence, white playing f3 is not a very good move in general, for all levels of play; also, I think Bc4 is a better alternative than Bb5, as black can gain space and kick the white bishop around with 4... c6 5. Bc4 b5, giving white little time to develop. I also don't think this could be used, as few people play the moves that white plays.
