Najdorf Sicilian Be6 Ng4 Theme question

I find myself very comfortable in essentially any najdorf position with except this idea for white to, often in the english, play Ng5 targetting the e6 bishop and quickly play Bc4 controlling d5. Any common approaches or considerations I should note? example:

Of course im aware the engine idea is to bring the bishop to the other diagonal or play h6 Nf3 Be6 Bxe6 fxe6. The former is sensible but any notes would be nice, the latter is a structure I dont tend to see. I guess just play for a quick d5? any thing else to consider?
