Just thought I could put that out here, Thomas Johansson's The Fascinating King's Gambit is about the bishops gambit, which means 3. Bc4.
new 1.e4 stuff?

If you are lacking a repertoire against the sicilian then I reccomend: "Dismantling the Sicilian" by Jesus de la Villa. It came out last year, so most of the theory is current, and it reccomends an english attack set-up for white whenever possible. The lines are theoretical, but the book itself doesn't overwhelm the reader with endless variations and analysis. It is one of my favourite opening books.
