Looks terrible. After just Nf3 back there's no satisfying way to defend the pawn, you already have a fiancetto so d6 + e5 is not desirable structurally (you'd prefer Be7 there). Other ways such as Nc6 or even Nf6 lead to complications because you're too slow due to the fiancetto. Bc4 already threatens Ng5, for example, and you're forced into h6. Your kingside is already getting flimsy. Very ugly. Even if you do stabilize... now e5 blocks your bishop.
That's not the way to play the dragon.
