It is less ambitious then the other choices for white, so it really isn't played much. As for the response, probably 4...0-0

Every book and video I have seen on the Nimzo Indian Defense shows either white ignoring the pin on his knight or the queen moves to c2, however, most of the games in which I play the Nimzo Indian white replies with Bd2. Because this line is rare, I'm guessing it has a flaw,if not, how should black respond?
