Hm, on the first look I like the fact that you want to play the KID and the KIA, but do you really think that you can prepare all of these for next Thursday ?
Opening Reportoire for strong A Class
I have played the Bird's, but have since gone to the main line stuff again. The Exchange is not that much to worry about, other than being bored to death. I really don't think the Bird's is all that good. Barely viable. In the main lines, White gets a huge e4, f4 pawn mass ready to fall on Black's Kingside.
I play alot of over the board chess at 90 min + 30 sec. I am personally stuck on creating a strong opening reportoire for myself. I prefer positions that are full of play, but I want openings that aren't super theoritical.
For the black side I was looking at:
2 Knights Defence (I know there is some theory involved in this one)
Spanish: Bird's Variation (Avoids Spanish Exchange)
and French Defense (I've been playing it for the last 2 years, use as a surprise weapon)
King's Indian Defence (Some theory, but I think I can get away without knowing to mcuh)
Albin's Countergambit (Surprise, I drew against a master last weekend playing it)
White Side:
Colle System (Seems like white gets a decent position and black has to strain himself to play for a win)
KIA (Surprise Weapon)

I am also playing a match starting Thursday, conditions are winner to 6 wins draws not counting. Was planning on preparing all of this for the match.
I'm not some OTB 1400 rated player i'm 2000 Fide so I understand quite well already.
How does the Colle work for you at that level? I've played it against an A-class, and he called my opening "very strong," but frankly I don't feel like I had gotten as much out of it as I could have. I'm having kind of an existential crisis with the Colle right now--I like the simplicity and clarity, but I feel like strong players are able to get equality out of it, and that shouldn't be White's goal in the opening . . .
If you like the French, you might also like the Caro-Kann. I think there are a few lines in there that enter French positions, down a tempo.
