Opening Resources?
You're going to get plenty of advice against studying openings...and for good reasons.
I'll put simply that it will waste your time. You'll study this or that and not get to play it often. When you do finally reach an opening you've studied, your opponent will make a random move and you won't know what to do.
Is that very helpful? I can tell you from experience, it's not.
I'll give you a YouTube channel. I'd advise you not to focus on detailed opening theory at this point (just the main ideas/structures)
Good luck
One interesting idea is to try the Budapest Gambit. It's a gambit played by Black after the moves 1.d4 Nf6 2.c4 e5
What's interesting about this gambit is that it is fairly sound. Black sacrifices a pawn but activates pieces very quickly and will normally get the pawn back. Also you can set a few traps.
If you're interested in learning more about the gambit, I just created a video about it https://youtu.be/JWFhCriQntg
Try watching the channel Hanging Pawns he has a lot of opening theory and explains the best ideas and variations of openings.
