Hey guys, Im an 1750 rated player in real life tournaments and recently ive been in a bit of slump. Lost multiple games in a row and dropped about 100 rating points. Ive been recieving a lot of pressure from my parents and really want to cross the 2000 mark. The openings I know right now are French, Kan Sicilian(Somewhat), Scotch, King's Indian, and Stonewall(Dont really Like it). I am soemewhat more of a defensive player and kinda weak tactically. I think im pretty decent positionally though. What openings or practicing should i do to reach my goal? Im really dedicated and want to get better so I can make my parents proud and prove the people who doubted me wrong. Im trying to revamp my openings and study plan to be able to reach my goal.
Thanks!
