could be Bxd4, so no material advamtages

Just take the Knight with the Bishop, and when he Black takes your Bishop back get the Pawn on e5. He can't use the Queen to regain the Pawn with Qd4 because the Pawn will be already protected by the other Knight. This way White is a Pawn ahead.
