Hello DEMONYO,
Oppening as black is a great way to begin fortification. Moving -Knight to F6- is a great preemptive build towards creating a solid Castling structure. Followed by: Pawn to G6, Bishop to G7 & short-Castle. Obviously, everything depends on the relative position of your (white) opponent's pieces.
I hope this tactic may help you someday.
I'm an amateur, and i'm starting to get more involved with openings, and I want to explore more openings with black the only one I know, and have competence of using is I think the proper opening is called kings indian defence or the openings similar to this. Can anyone offer any other good openings?
I have not really been studying openings but I realized that you choose specific openings based on white's opening, this is my problem with black which goes into theory I suppose.
I finally decided to get my pride out of the way, and ask for advice which may be the quickest way since I have no teacher. Anything else anyone can add would be great.
