Openings leading to open games

I am a big fan of open games, and prefer to use openings that lead to them.  That doesn't mean I don't like semi-open game openings such as the Benko Gambit.  But I really prefer not to use openings that close games up.

I really love the Scotch Game.  It's nice, doesn't sacrifice at all or much, and really leads to a nice open game in which white has a better position.  It's also funny to turn the tables on people getting excited about getting into the Ruy Lopez.

I know the Danish Gambit as well, however that has been refuted.

I was just looking for more openings for me to look at that lead to very open (preferabely not semi-open however you can include those too) games in addition to the Scotch Game, and the Danish Gambit.

Danish Gambit is not "refuted."  It's not white's best try for an advantage, but in no way does it lead to more than equality from black with best play.  It's just that the road to equality there is pretty fast, pretty unavoidable, and awfully hard to creatively diverge from.  3...d5, and you're pretty much in boringsville.  But it's still a game from there.

Look at the King's Gambit, and the Open Sicilian complex.  While the Sicilians are, by definition, "Semi-open," I think you'll find they're as bloodthirsty as any openings in chess.
