Hi! I'm having trouble using my daily review. When I click on "Review of Game," it starts loading, then redirects me to the courses page and back again to the game in a loop. I've tried changing pages, restarting, and trying again another day, but nothing works. What can I do? Sorry if I wasn't clear; I don't speak English.

I’m bumping to report an issue I’m having since I don’t feel it’s necessary to make an entire thread about it.
I’ve been unable to message or click on messages on my phone’s website via Safari, as it sends me back out each time I try. I was going to wait a few days to see if anything was fixed, but nothing has changed. Any ideas as to why this is happening only on my phone?

I have. When I click on the person I want to message, it sends me back to this screen:

On mobile Chrome the message interface is at the very bottom.
I have asked staff about this a few days ago.

As mentioned in n your previous topic, you should contact Support directly, but most likely, your payment method was declined and you were never charged successfully.

I’m using Brave Browser, and this happens quite often. For example, when I click to start a 10-minute game, the page reloads as if it’s starting, but then nothing happens.
Another issue now is that i have been invited by a friend to a 3-day game, and I’m unable to accept it. It keeps giving an error(500). I managed to enter the game once and make a move, but then it crashed, and now I can’t return to the game. It’s stuck asking me to accept the game, and if I try, I get an error(500).
Edit: this last issue also happens in android app, not just browser.
Yes. I’ve already cleared the cache and tried again.
No, I’m not interested in using another browser. there’s no reason Chess.com shouldn’t work properly on it.

Sir, it is saying that I am in the top 0% of players in all of chess.com rapid. It should be top 1%.
Bug: two moves consecutive
Has it happened to anyone else where the graphic at the end of your game says you had 3 brilliant moves, and when you checked in the Review you only had one? Or perhaps it says you had one and it gives you zero in the Review? Does anybody know why this happens?
A difference between the quick post game dialog and a full review isn't unexpected. A lower depth run, like the post hae check, can't get as deep as a full run, and at a deeper level, a move considered brilliant initially may mo longer qualify
