Orthodox Defence

I recently got into this position in a tournament. Now obviously I was not supposed to lose like I did (I'm showing it here but I'm warning you, it's not for the weak of heart, ...), and next time I will bother to calculate more than two moves, but in general I was rather lacking of ideas. I think he captured prematurely on c4 but that's not my decision. Moreover, I saw that c6-c5 would be a very good break for him so I tried to prevent it (unsuccessfully). Could anyone give me a few pointers?

Here's the game:

This is the Semi-Slav QGD variation.

Well it starts off as a Semi-Slav but wikipedia is telling me that Be7 put it back to Orthodox variation: Anyway could you help with some general plans for white?

"The Anti-Meran Gambit (ECO code D44) arises after 5.Bg5. White refuses to shut in the dark-squared bishop, instead developing it to an active square where it pinsthe black knight. It is now possible for Black to transpose to either the Cambridge Springs Defence with 5....Nbd7 6.e3 Qa5, or enter the Orthodox Defense with 6....Be7, though in practice he usually opts for either of the variations given below."

Hypocrism

I don't like the look of 10.Ne4 - I may play Ne5 and that knight will be strong. The exchanges benefited the side with less space - black.

I also don't like 15.Qb3 - I would have played Qc2 to prevent c5 and then play b4. Actually I would have played a3 and b4 earlier to prevent c5 instead of starting exchanges.

This is an interesting idea I might play:

white win should win that case!
