Two knights is much more dynamic that Petrov.
I always have to play some sort of gambit or something that shouldn't work against the petrov.

Openings are not better than others until you're at the highest of levels. Play what you like and you'll see yourself improve in no time.

Depends on your playstyle
e.g i am a tactical arssive player who dont mind being one, two or an quality behind but be ahead in developments. So the 2 Knights is my favourite weapon here. And on the other side i like to play against petrov as well

Two Knights is NOT better than Petrov's defense.
Petrov's is actually played more now at the top level, because it's an excellent way to go for a draw as black.
Silly initial question: Black may force the Petrov after 1.e4 e5 2.Nf3, but not the Two Knights.
