The book "Opening for White according to Anand 1.e4 Volume 01" gives the following variation. This really doesn't look great for Black.
petrov's skewer opening

there is a reason i said this was an offensive opening and that is that you castle opposite side instead of same side, and as gotham chess puts it "it's like signing a declaration of war," also, i would recommend taking the pawn with the queen rather than the knight so there is check

so the queen would not hinder much development because you should try to develop queenside rather than kingside, also you take the pawn with the queen not the knight so the queen can cause an attack and the kingside bishop can develop as well

i call the first one the petrov's defense: three knights game: scotch variation, and the second is the double urusov gambit

Both are extremely bad.
In the first one, black sacrifices a pawn, and after that he is behind in development and down a pawn with no compensation.
In the second, white plays the nonsensical Ng5 and now black is almost winning.

bro, i told you to trash on the damiano defense didn't I? also human error makes these decent openings

in the first one its only +0.6 for white, it's not like it leads to mate or anything, it's just a fun little opening to play, now go out and trash on the damiano defense, and if you want, the petrov's defense: calssical, damiano variation

In the second, white plays the nonsensical Ng5 and now black is almost winning.
these aren't openings for white, and also that's the best stockfish approved move

that's the best stockfish approved move
nvm, i just looked at it, but if white had played Nxe5 it would be the best move
Are you using an engine for your analysis? If no then you should. If yes then you need a stronger engine.

I'm not sure why people are trying to argue why such suspect lines are fine to play, like 3... Qe7?!. Seems like there are two grandmasters who spammed this line, one was Afromeev, some Russian GM who kept playing this variation multiple times like 20 years ago, and someone named Timofeev (no idea if any relation), of similar rating, played it a few times like 6 years ago. Timofeev got soundly demolished by Morozevich, though (he was down a pawn in just 12 moves). Besides those two, no other decent GM's even touched it.

one thing to note about these openings: they aren't meant to be played against an engine because they are all based off of human error, the openings are bad, but also pretty precise, for example the petrov's skewer with Qxe4+, it's an opening where you can't exactly breathe unless the opponent makes even a small mistake, even just them making the second best move turns the tides and now they won't be able to breathe
Junk opening.
Just stop.
