Good luck - You'll never get it against me.

3.f3!

Now 3...g6 4.c4 will lead to a Saemisch Kings Indian, not a Pirc. 3.f3 is underrated. Better than 3.Nc3.

what if 3...e5?

I think the Pirc is very hard to play. There are so many sharp lines and black really needs to be booked up against everything white can choose from. If you are willing to do the heavy theory lifting, then go for it.

Check out this variation in the Kholmov variation where every move is forced if black want to equalize. But I dont think the position for black is to everyones liking.

I would much rather play white from the following position. The engines show equality or a slight edge for white.

I guess black should try and force an austrian-ish structure with c5!? dxc5 Qa5+ regaining the pawn. In the end position we got something similar to a pirc rather than a kings indian.

But honestly, why even bother to play the pirc if you are not going to allow the big brother - Kings Indian? Therefore I think most pirc players will be happy to transpose also.
