Had to go to an amateur's database to find it. Looks like you're pretty much busted out of the opening with proper play.
Pirc Harmonist variation, 2.f5

And of course the win/draw/loss % didn't ride along with the copy and paste. Grrrr.....
For d3 it's 60 20 20
for Bd3 75 25
for e5 50 50
Hope that helps...

Ok , it's playable but I have 2 questions
Why would you want to play ugly chess?
Why not try to learn to play good chess?
Chess is not about if this move or that move is playable. Chess is a difficult game so practically everything is playable , especially in lower levels. The problem is deeper. Every game must be a lesson , a chance to get better. The best way to do that is to play positions that offer more or less lessons that can be useful in many positions.
Practicing 1.e4 d6 2.f4 f5 won't help you improve. It will only teach you how to play 1.e4 d6 2.f4 f5. And the more you improve you will realise it is a useless lesson because no good player will play 2.f4 .
You must try to learn how to exploit inaccurate moves and not reply with inaccuracies in your opponent's inaccuracies. That is what will make you better than the others.
>not playing chess simply for fun and discovering new interesting openings

I disagree here, it's not ugly at all. On the contrary, it looks quite stylish in the spirit of romantic chess, King's and Latvian gambits.

2f4 is not the best move, but not bad, as it happens also in the sicilian: 1 e4 c5 2f4, and the French: 1e4 e6 2f4

1.e4 d6 2.f4 d5!? going for a scandinavian structure where f4 is not so good...
f5 is of course playable but u can have fun playing "normal" moves u know.
Beginning with such moves is the beginning for slaughters...
Recently I've been playing against a person, where I was black.
The opening started "1.e4 d6 2.f4 f5".
Unluckily I haven't found almost anything about this opening on the internet and is only considered a variant of Pirc/Harmonist.
Do you know anything about this opening? Have you played this opening? Is it good/playable?
