This is main line theory. There are other ideas that have been tried in the line though.
This is the "declined" variation.

Ah ok, well they are the main lines so it applies the same. You just have to flip the board.
You can either choose to sacrifice the pawn with 7. ...Qc7 leading to the sharp Poisoned Pawn variation or play solidly with 7. ...0-0. Funnily enough, the top engine move is actually 7. ...Kf8.
