I think 8.Rb1 is very dangerous and Black probably should refuse to take the Nc3, although it´s very tempting especially OTB.

Yeah, you played way too passive for a piece sac opening (moves 11-15)
12.Bc4 is almost certainly bad, contains no threat and blocks your c file. I'd say you're almost forced to play 12.Bb5+ and 13.0-0 to have any hope... although after that I'm out of ideas :)
13.Qd3 is really passive again, putting the queen on a less active square?!
You're a piece down so you have to keep making attacking moves like 13.Bb5+ or 13.Bb4

I have tried the b4 stuff against the Sicilian with d4 instead of a3. I think it is a more solid approach to the gambit. The a3 stuff - not much of a fan of that...
Well. I am 5 years too late on one of my fav gambits. However that wont stop me posting! After Nd8 white should still have lasting pressure. Firstlu white should play 11 Bb5+! This forces Bd7. Now white can play for the pressure he deserves. Either qe2 or Bxd7 followed by either qe2 or Ne5 look strong. Qe2 aims not only to attack the king but also a hidden threat of Bb4 trapping the queen!
Eg 12. Bxd7 Kxd7 13.Ne5 Ke8 (kd6 Bb4 and Kc7/8Qc2 followed by Nd7#!) Although Bxd7 is good. Qe2 is stronger as it forces blacks q to move. White can hassle it further and gain more play. Eg 12 Qe2 Qd6 13 Bb4 and the queen is running out of safe squares. If she strays too far kingside then a simple bxd7 kxd7 qb5+ with carnage come should be desisive. If she stays q-side eg 13...Qb6 then comes Bxd7 Kxd7 0-0 with a powerful discovery on the queen, full development and an isolated black king.
