My 'play coach' has disappeared

You definitely have this, but maybe you need to go between app and website.

I can only use the website for choosing which coach, but after that I can use the app for everything.

Can you confirm that all the functionality for Platinum works on website? I don’t want to use the app. If some functions works only on app, I would like to know before to buy a subscription plan. Since you have the Platinum, I guess you don’t know if the Gold plan works the same as Platinum plan, of course, minus that only function specific to Platinum: “coach” I believe.

In general they are the same but done features may come out on the apps first and not be available on the website. Or be available binky in one of the apps.

A lot of the time features are web first or web only.
