I would not recommene benoni, you can start with 1 nf6 and try grunfeld if you opponent allows.
Queens gambit response

If you don't mind a gambit, you could try the Budapest. It's certainly confrontational. It's also considered a bad opening, so most people don't play it. This means that your opponent probably hasn't seen it often, and won't really know what to do against it (especially true at amateur levels). I play the Budapest, and have lots of fun with it.
Hello everyone, I was wondering if you have any good opening I can play against the Queens gambit when I am Black? I typically play the queens gambit declined but I would prefer a more tactical and confrontational defense as black. Playing 2. E6 feels as if I have given my opponent all the initiative. I have had my eye on the modern Benoni and the KID but am unsure what to play.
