Queen's Gambit Trap

This is an opening trap worth setting against an opponent you suspect might be a nobody, because the worst that can happen is your opponent counters with 3...e5 and you have to adopt an isolated pawn.
For this reason 3.Nf3 (controlling e5) is preferred by strong players, but then there is no opportunity to win the game in 6 moves!

incase of 3...e5 we can give 4.d5 and support it with e4.
That's hardly consistent with putting the pawn on e3, don't you think?

If Black tries 3...e5 then 4.Bxc4 exd4 5.Nf3 =
This gives black equality.DONT YOU KNOW THAT BLACK TRIES TO GAIN EQUALITY?????????????WHY SHOULD WE GIVE BLACK EARLY EQUALITY??????????WHITE ALWAYS HAS TO MOVE FIRST SO HE GETS SLIGHT ADVANTAGE.AND YOU WANT TO GIVE AWAY THAT????????????TELL ME???

Hey!!!!! you are overreacting too much.

I don't understand why Black has equalized after 1.d4 d5 2.c4 dxc4 3.e3 e5 4.Bxc4 exd4 5.exd4.
It's a nice, typical IQP position, where white has the initiative, and Black is very solid and will try to neutralize it. Nothing has been decided yet. I prefer playing white in such type of positions, but I would not mind playing Black, either.
