This is certainly an interesting document, but it should be noted that this is more of a compilation of what writers recommend in repertoire books than it is a collection of grandmaster repertoires. Actually, it may be interesting to put together a collection of what certain GMs liked to play... I'll start with an easy one:
Bobby Fischer's Opening Repertoire:
As white: Primarily 1.e4
vs. Alekhine: Exchange Variation
vs. Caro-Kann: Two Knights Defense, Exchange Variations including Panov-Botvinnik Attack
vs. French: 3. Nc3 variations
vs. Petroff: 3. Nxe5 variations
vs. Pirc: Austrian Attack
vs. Sicilian: Yugoslav Attack vs Dragon, Bc4 (Sozin) Systems against many others
vs. e5: Ruy Lopez main lines
Also: King's Indian Attack, particularly in his younger years
As Black:
vs. Queenside openings (1.d4, 1.c4, etc): Primarily King's Indian Defense, occasional Grunfeld, Nimzo-Indian, and Queen's Gambit Declined (mostly against experts against the KID).
vs. 1. e4: Sicilian Defense, Najdorf Variation, particularly the Poisoned Pawn Variation.
This is a focus on the openings played most often, not every opening ever played by Fischer. The source is a compiliation of the three sections from this site:

I think it could be fun to learn what great players in the past played, since it'll show which openings "fit together" as a repertoire for those people unsure of what to put together for theirs.
vs. 1. e4
here's an interesting link i just came across today. it outlines some professionals' chosen openings for certain lines. just thought it was worth sharing.
