Chess on Duolingo!?

Thanks for the tip!! I have been waiting for real people opponents oportunity. I just did my first match and won easily 😁 My only concern: is this too easy? For anyone who plays here regularly vs Duolingo players. Hmmm. Let's see if there is any challenge there! Would have been fun to be able to challenge friends there, I don't know if that is possible. It was just a random opponent I played.

I could see Duolingo using bots as “real people” on chess. They already fired a ton of their employees and replaced them with ai.
The character animations are fun... but there's no count on materials. So far winning all the opponents. And there's no "invite to game" button for friends. Seems like an unfinished development phase. But fun to try. Although might start thinking chess is easy. False narrative. Stress relief? I don't know, not very serious definitely.
There's no way of knowing if the players are real since u can't browse trough previous games or check profiles. No game review either. Much is lacking. I was exited for about 30min then the reality struck. Yeah this site is much better, but hopefully there's improvement in the future at Duolingo too.
