That's really interesting. I was wondering about a reversed Alekhine's defense myself. However, I don't know enough about opening theory to comment on long-term positions.

I think Réti and mostly Larsen played sometimes 1.g3, and if 1...e5 then 2.Nf3 transposing to reversed Alekhine if black plays 2...e4. It could be interesting if Black overextends (IE, the 4 pawns attack). But when Black plays solidly, I don't think white can get any advantage out of it.
