I'm assuming you mean 4...Bc5 is a bad move. Bxc6 dxc6 Nxe5 Is a blunder. Qd4 attacks the knight and threatens mate on f2.

By the way in general, 4. 0-0 is preferred for white rather than 4. d3. (if Nxe4 then d4, and if this pawn is taken, black tends to be in hot water after Re1, so in general white ends up taking on e5 and winning his pawn back).
