You don't seem to be aware of pretty much everything.
A titled player's work published in a commercial magazine, like Chessbase Magazine, IS coyprighted, and the last thing I would do is asking for permission to re-publish it here to persuade hopeless cases like yours.

How come that his moves are 90% the moves of an engine. Can anyone prove anything? Lyrics you say. 10% are accidentally the same because winning is otherwise impossible or is complicating things. Are you kidding me? How about more than one author publishing the same with 99% of accuracy in analyzing the same game. The 1% of inaccuracies are for copyright protection purposes.
