Sounds like you are talking the 2...Nf6 lines of the Scandinavian.
No, there is no equivalent against 1.d4. Not to mention, pretty much every line involving a pawn sacrifice against d4 is for a different motif than that of the 2...Nf6 Scandinavian, and they are all unsound as well.

really? so that means with best play 1. d4 is always going to be in favor of white? cool i might play it someday

seeking an opening vs. d4 which is similiar to the Scandinavian. Meaning: Early pawn sacrifice to gain a good chance of centre control.
