Adams attack 6. h3 is very trendy for white. 
For black, I'd suggest the Schevendorf pawn structrure (a6+d6+e6) avoiding the more tricky Boleslavsky hole on d5. 
The Sicilian Najdorf leads to VERY complicated positions. I would recommend that you play a simpler defense for now. Besides, when I was at your level, I do not recall often playing a main line Sicilian because my opponents would so often deviate from the book lines. If you wish to still play the Sicilian, that is fine, but I advise that you refrain from wasting your time at memorizing the billions of Najdorf variations. Following the Opening Principles should still get you a playable game in the Sicilian Defense.

At this point, experience will be your teacher, as well as the ups n downs, losing or drawing~is what it comes down to...as black, no matter what defense you choose to play: look to equalize, then fish for something. If you can understand that concept, then you are the better player for it. Otherwise, play the Scheveningen variation. Of course it's not a Najdorf line but hey, they can transpose. Heh. Goodluck 😎
