Sicilian Defense/Bowlder Attack

I've started to notice that there is a pattern emerging when I play the Sicilian Defense,That a lot of my opponents aren't familiar with this type of defense. So after the moves 1.e4 c5 2.Bb5.This begins the Bowlder Attack.Bb5 attacking the f7 pawn.Which I can only assume that my opponents think that after Qf3 then Qxf7 will give them a quick mate. But they forget black also gets to move.So the only decent move I can think of is e6 refuting this attack. Its very transparent. But my real question is.Is there any book material on this type of attack?

i get the same thing with the carro-kan e4 c6 bc4? i'm obviously going to play d4 next dont they see that im just going to gain a tempo. i dunno bc4 is called the hillbilly attack i guess only hillbillies play it.

I'm pretty sure the main idea is to expand in the center with d5.And I've had plenty experience agaist the attack I've looked through all the games I've had and only find one bad experience with it.I've developed my pieces around this d5 pawn push. With knowledge of gaining space in the center,Gaining a slight edge.Knowing that If I don't play dynamically white might be able to equalize. With all the games I've played against e4 and with it lower rated opponents aren't really sure how to react to it.They simply just develope with no idea and no plan. And if they do have a plan its a bad one.But hey like some chess sage said "Its better to play with a bad plan than no plan at all".At least it shows their hearts in right place.
