What do you have to play as white in this variation? I usually play in this situation c5.

Yeah c5 is the only move, but it is a good one.

Okay, but what will happen here?

Can you take the b4 pawn? If Queen takes Rook, Bishop takes Queen and Rook takes Bishop, it's almost the same and the Knight has been pinned to the Queen. Only for a while, okay.

Okay, I discovered one thing now. When White captures the B-pawn, and Black takes the Queen and Rook, White has a lot of space to attack on the Queenside.
