So I have been learning openings and I came across this one when someone else mentioned it. (not naming it because I want those who know what it is to give me their input). Since I have come across it I have researched a little to find a way to go from defensive to attacking. Not having much luck. It seems to be a turtle (hiding) style opening and waiting to see what happens. Any advice and what to look for to make that switch.
I would like to know how to make it effecitve!
Depending on Black's moves, the Colle often transposes into a QG. It can be a flexible opening; if you recognize when to transpose.
