Pagan, I face ...d6 a reasonable amount of times.  It is definitely a valid type of defense.  BTW, I still don't understand your idea with the knight.  I understand Rf3, but what do you do with the knight in the meantime?

The whole plan Pagan is describing doesn't work agaist King's Indian defense set-up.Probably he is talking about Rf3-Rh3-Qh5.

Factly, it does not work against Queen's Indian setup, either: when a rook appears on f3, there's an officer on b7 who can deal with him.

Stonewall is the best opening even though you guys think that there is counters to it there is nothing wrong with changing the set up.

Against the stonewall I usually trade away white's LSB by bringing my LSB to a6.

Then there are just two things that I do: remove the e5 outpost with d6 or f6, and minority attack.

Whatever else white tries I respond accordingly. Stonewall generally loses its sting once white loses his LSB and his knight outposts.

I've been called harsh names by Stonewall players out of frustration. :D

HotBox, that is a valid idea, but I don't think it takes the sting out of the Stonewall.  I do agree that White no longer gets his precious Ne5, but there are other, slower ideas that he can do that still apply pressure to the center, and with ..d6, Black is a bit slower than he would be with ...d5.
