The Grob seems to be the most popular "troll opening," so it's surprising that few players know the strongest continuation against it.
I have a plus score playing the grob in blitz against similar rated opponents, even though I'm very bad at blitz. The grob usually gives nice positions, and most players below master level have no idea how to play against it. Even the "refutation" involves a double edged exchange sac for black, so the grob is a great opening.
