I'd be tempted to answer with 11. … Bg5.
Sveshnikov Idea

Does Black not have problems after 11...Bg5 with either loss of castling or extreme passitivity (Black's Choice) after 12.Bxg5 Qxg5 13.Ne4 Qxg4 (or 13...Qe7 14.c4 with a passive position for Black) 14.Nxd6+ followed by either 15.Qxg4 or 15.Nxc8 or 15.Q-somewhere - All depending on where Black puts the King? I wouldn't know for sure as I have always played 7.Bg5 as White and don't touch the Sicilian as Black outside of the Taimanov and Anti-Sicilians sometimes via 1.e4 e6 2.Nf3 c5 or 1.e4 e6 2.Nc3 c5, but it just feels like White gets a little more of a pull with 11...Bg5 then say, 11...O-O or another developing move rather than re-moving what is already developed this early on.
I'm a bit wacky and I wanted to show an idea I had in the Svesh that I've been experimenting with, to some decent results, including over the board. It's fun, it's wild, and it's well, perfectly in my Derpy favorite way to play.
