Teach me good openings please

I had been playing chess for 6 years and i havent been really trying to join any competition until now.I won the first match but lost the 2nd and 3rd so i had made up my mind to really master it.Can someone teach me?PleaseInnocent

Ignore the openings, they don't matter at your level. Just develop your pieces and fight for the center.

There is a LEARN tab on this site...perhaps use the Book Openings to explore some choices and then do internet searches to learn more about them?  Good luck.
