I've seen/played this before. Never lost to it or seen it work. In no time, the Kingside defense is blown apart - Knight and Rook development is also a mess.

I am trying to learn more e4 openings but as white I feel very comfortable with the Richter Keresov Attack which if black refutes as is usuall I transpose into the stone wall.
