the Evans Gambit made a comeback in the late 90s after kasparov beat Anand in 1995 by employing this very much fun to play opening, after which three or more books related to the opening were published in the late 90s, even one of the strongest American chess players of all times Larry christiansen has taking time to do some work in some of the sharpest lines of the Evans Gambit.. it seems that the Evans Gambit is back once again
