Why so many people tossing around new names for the Fred?
Playing an even worse move than standard Fred theory on move two doesn't make it some other opening altogether. It just makes it an even worse Fred.

My opening is not the Fred, The Fred/Phred has different lines. It's like saying that the French is the same as Najdorf or something
Of course this opening is just losing, but presumably the lesser evil if you wanted to play it in very fast time controls would be 2...Nf6 and 3...d5, where black may only be a pawn down for nothing against routine play. A couple of 2300s have even tried to play this way in opens, though with deservedly bad results.
TheGreatOogieBoogie I've actually won with this opening plenty of times
