Have you checked any Rubenstein books that mention it?
The French: Fort Knox Variation

If you cant find it look at the games of these guys who played/ play it constantly.

No other books, just the McDonald one.
Better look at the Rubinstein proper, the Fort Knox has some issues.

Is that the 'Mastering the French' book?
He has another book on the French, mentioned at post #1.

Far too many draws (and probably dull ones too). Play something more exciting against 3Nc3 and 3Nd2.
How to Play against 1 e4 by Neil McDonald (2008)

At least from a sub master perspective, the fort knox is something I want to see as white. White has a pleasant choice between many good setups, and a middlegame where the opponent must defend for a long time. A GM has the technique and mental toughness to make this work as black, you probably don't.
Hi everyone, Im looking for any relevant material about this variation. Ive checked Youtube and ChessBase as much as someone can. Besides "How To Play Against 1 e4" are there any other books that go deep and talk about the different lines, plans, analyzing GM games, etc... Thanks!
