I don't believe I'm rated at 2000, I was making a point. If I won all of my provisional games I believe I would be rated around 1500-1600, which is right about where you are.

My provisional rating was like 1100 a month or so ago.

Until you played the rest of your provisional games and got to 1500.

I played 54 games before I got to 1500, so you should still pretty much be provisional in that case.

Or play online chess where you have no rating and win.

To make it clear, don't do the online chess bs, the ratign there is so inflated that it's a complete joke. I'm pretty sure I can easily hit 2k if I actually play that (being 33/6 in it atm)  and I'm not a 2k player.

Go delete your current account, create a new account and play some live chess. Unless you're a 1300 player you shouldnt have difficulties dominating 1300 players.  But of course, you are one and thus you deserve your current rating.

Nachtwulf, in your board, rather than Bb3, why not do d3, covering the bishop, while allowing the dark squared bishop to develop.
