1...g6 2...Bg7 3....c5 against e4 and d4 opening. I like BorgQueen's theory though.

Why does anyone need a book to play somethig that doesn't look like an opening?? 
Yeah, don't see why it wouldn't just transpose every time into a dragon, pirc, KID, or whatever.

The Modern still exists. The difference between the Modern and the Sniper is the ...c5 advance.
Modern: 1.e4 g6 2.d4 Bg7 3.Nc3 d6 OR 1.e4 g6 2.d4 d6 3.Nc3 a6
Sniper: 1.e4 g6 2.d4 Bg7 3.Nc3 c5
The Sniper is more likely to transpose to a Sicilian. Henley has a bunch of books that came out recently. Contrary to what Charles Storey says, which his book is necessary as it covers a few side lines that Henley's doesn't, but otherwise inferior, the Sniper is really a KP opening (as in, c4 is NOT played, could come 1.d4 and 2.e4). 1.d4 g6 2.c4 Bg7 3.Nc3 c5 ends up either the Dzindzi Indian Defense (4.d5 Bxc3+), or some kind of anti-Benoni (i.e. 4.Nf3) or Accelerated Dragon (if e4 gets plays early).

3...c5 is still playable here. This is why you must invest in "The Sniper" by Charles Storey and MORE IMPORTANT, "The Sniper" by Ron Henley.

Anthony, its a matter of taste, id just prefer to stay consistent with my opening repotoire as black may get a regular dragon after 3.Nc3, i dont have the maroczy bind anymore.
It can't be that bad. Topalov beat Sokolov in Hoogeveen, 2006 with it!

Sadly, there are many class players who think the Sniper is a solution to their opening problems.
Yes, the Sniper is that bad. But a GM will occasionally use it as a surprise weapon. Magnus Carlsen once played 1.a3. Trust the GMs' repertoires, not their surprise one-off moves.
