6.Ne4 is more common and met by Bxc5 where Nxc5 would then meet Qa5+ forking the knight. Instead of ...b5, why not Bxc5?

its a tricky line you have there bluechess77. the stats for that line on chess.com are really really bad but the games on the other hand are over 10 years old and WFM Abby Marshall recommend b5 in this article from 2009 http://www.chesscafe.com/text/abby01.pdf perhaps chess.com database is out of date? i dont know.
anyway white is up a pawn, but his knight is misplaced and Black is extremely
active. The lines get complicated, so some theoretical knowledge is probably needed here
