The toilet variation? What is that?

Yesterday I was searching on openings and came across this toilet variation in Google. Why did they name it that???(although chess.com called it the sicilian defence)

1. e4 c5 2. Nc3 d5 3. f4

2. …c6 or 2. …Nc6 are better choices 

Was it that someone thought of it while on the toilet, I think I heard that about an opening. 

Probably lots of things are discovered on the toilet as it's a time of quiet solitude. 

Or one of the player’s tummy was suffering and he wanted to go to the toilet quickly, so after this move he went to go poo.

More common is to reach it via the Tal Gambit.  1.e4 c5 2.f4 d5 3.Nc3
