Hi people i am tired of people playing the ruy lopez which forces a draw look at krammnik vs admas 2005 sofia. But not because of that when i ask them why did you put Bb5 not bc4 they are speachless those how will answer will say ficher played it why.I askem why  do you play the najdof why not the kan you can learn a strategicly more plus you dont win because of theory.they say ficher played .I want to hear youre thought on this topic

Petar : WHY should anybody explain to you WHY they are playing their moves ?

WHY are you " tired " of such opponent, ( that means : you than will lose your interest, you lose your patience, )  so you just answer their moves, show your new ideas, just play chess !

Bobby Fischer has nothing to do with it, millions play Bb5 ( me too ) and only less Spanish games on your and my level will end in a draw ; the Najdorf  5. ... a7-a6  is only a move for the defence, I even think less popular these days.

It is strange that you mention the Italian Opening ( Bc4 ) because that one is a quiet game ( Giuoco  Piano ), often leading to a even game.

From your text I think I notice that you like fighting games, well, in all openings you mentioned, you can play that !    Success !

By the way : as a fan of animals and especially dogs, please don't make a fool of a dog, this is ridiculous, never dress a dog ( or other animal ) , please !   Thanks !

I'm expecting an onslaught of comments very soon...

I agree, interesting comments, even on the chessboard we are like sheep, instead of thinking independently on our own.

you are right they dont have to explain bobby ficher dosent hase to do anything to do with it.

1.Its i leed to a dull position draw in 30 moves in a game of 90 min i playe them quickly because i saw one game.Varition chirigon c takes d five.

2.The najdof was rarlley played but is now num 1 because of ficher it was know but ficher put it num 1 on the charts.

3.I like to play all kind of games attacking(birds, italian, accelerated dragon) defensive(caro kann) strategical(hedgehoge, philidore defensive, kan) I only dont like english, reti, spanish, najdof.I used to play KID but the dutch was more fun i still use it in blitz.

dont think i spend too much time on theory thats why i play so many oppenings its because i only study the ideas and the most important theory in the birds i develope my own which boost my rating a lot.

this has nothing to do with the topic but to stop stupid comments.

4.the reason i am angry is this

-people think its a game gm think its a sience but its art it has unlimited combinations to figure out we cannot just analyze with houdini(refuteing think like gm) but wee have to think oppen minded and that should be followed by strategy(following my system)but they folloe either case.

-next i was playing a game vs somebody at a 90 min game i didnt play fast i thought used his time i was able to win a pawn and it ended in a draw i was mad that the position was simple out of 90 min i used 40 min he used 88 and i asked him why did you took so much time what wear you thinking and the last tournament you took so much time and he sad nothing i always do that. And i realized the game would not be so borring if hadnt played dull oppenings and took him a hundred light years to make a move or plan that he could do the same time.

5.Zoom in to the pic its funny plus i like dogs to they have feelings for the one how insures there survival not like cats.

I play the Spanish opening because I have a good chance of having a fun game with it. It's mostly filled with clever little tricks throughout the opening. It's a really complex and tense opening with lots of variety. I don't think I draw games because of an opening choice?

pps1

No this is mainly on the ruy lopez but it works for othe oppenings closed sicilian grand prix attack reti english are borring

1.Ruy lopez what is normall to put yourre bishop on a place where it can be chased for no reason

I agree, if you want to humiliate, disparage or mentally scar another creature, rather have kids. Leave the dogs alone.

Scottrf

Basically what you're saying is that you don't know why the bishop is played to b5. Other people do, so it's your problem.

http://www.chessgames.com/perl/chessgame?gid=1338712 if you attend have to take my night and open my bishop and qeen and let me have a importan pawn then i can see how fun its and oppening should not be fun because of traps. agree, if you want to humiliate, disparage or mentally scar another creature, rather have kids. Your analysis is very basic, the fact is that many decades of top level chess have shown that the Ruy Lopez is a better try for advantage than the Italian. Something as simple as 'it attacks f7' isn't really a convincing argument compared to that.

But I'm not a master chess player, I play the game for fun. That opening is not a forced draw for players around my rating. You should try to play it and have fun with the endless possible positions to think through. One game by grandmasters doesn't have an impact upon what opening I play. Openings, for me, are just a way to get my pieces out and my king safe. I'll use any opening that helps in that goal;)

Lou-for-you

The idea is simple. The bischop attacks the only defender of the e5 pawn. Seems easy enough?
