With white, I would probably say the Reti Gambit (1.Nf3 d5 2.c4) or the King's Indian attack (1.Nf3 followed by 2.g3).

With black, maybe the Pirc (1.e4 d6 2.d4 Nf6 3.Nc3 g6) and the Philidor (1.e4 d6 2.d4 Nf6 3.Nc3 e5) against 1.e4, and the (Modern) Benoni (1.d4 Nf6 2.c4 c5 3.d5 e6 4.Nc3 exd5 5.cxd5 d6 followed by 6...g6) against 1.d4.
